CivilizedX hosts creative events, pop-ups, and community activations throughout the year — and we need passionate volunteers to help make them happen!

From outreach and marketing to setup, art installation, and guest engagement, volunteers are at the heart of every CivilizedX experience.

By joining the Civilized Agent Squad, you’ll be part of a team of creative doers and civic-minded changemakers helping bring each event to life while spreading light and impact across the community.

Event Setup Crew – Help bring the vision to life! Assist with setting up tents, tables, signage, and making sure the space is event-ready before guests arrive.

Vendor Coordinator – Be the point person for vendors! Help them find their spots, get set up smoothly, and make sure they have what they need throughout the event.

Hospitality Team – Keep the good vibes flowing! Greet guests, assist special attendees or performers, and make sure everyone feels welcome and cared for.

Runner Staff – Flexible and fast! Support wherever needed—deliver supplies, assist team leads, and help solve last-minute needs on the fly.

Post-Event Clean Up Crew – The final touch! Help pack up equipment, clear trash, and restore the venue to its original shine after the event.
